Tara Gartlan is a pastry chef and a diagnosed Coeliac. Tara studied Culinary Arts in DIT Cathal Brugha street, focusing on pastry & nutrition. She was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2013 while studying and working as a pastry chef. Currently working in 2 Michelin star The Greenhouse restaurant, Dublin under Mickael Viljanen.
She is very passionate about making clear & concise recipes so that gluten free baking is easy and delicious. As well as sharing tricks or pantry staples that everyone should use and have in their home, especially coeliacs.
