What to find here!

Updated: Oct 18, 2020

This is where I will be sharing all my tips and tricks on gluten free baking and cooking.

Also, I will share recipes and along with clear methods for making jam, jellies and curds which are a lot easier than you may think.

I have always made jams and jellies at home with my grandma and my mum and I've continued to learn from the building blocks they taught me. I first started out using my grandma's old home economic book and following those recipes, then continued to search for more information on the why and the how of it all.

Since being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2013, it frustrated me initially as I couldn't always eat what I was making at work but there is always a willing taste tester nearby! While the gluten free market has increased massively over the last few years making it easier to live "a normal life." I have always found that gluten free baked goods have left me yearning for something more, they are often trying to pretend to be something they can never be, full of gluten. The products often look great but are dry/crumbly or they taste amazing but you can't pronounce half of the chemicals required to create it.

So over the last few years, I've created some gluten free recipes without using too many substitutions that are easy to make at home and taste divine, if I do say so myself! Hope you enjoy!
