Our Advent Calendar! In true TGC style, this is not your typical Advent Calendar, it's 25 days of chocolate, each bonbon doubles as edible bauble on this beautiful Christmas tree set in Carrickmacross.

Count down the days to Christmas in style! Filled with award winning, delightful and unique bonbons! Every single flavour has been considered and thoughtfully planned but you can eat your daily delight any way you wish! Tara has combined exciting flavours along with her love of art to make each bonbon look as beautiful as it tastes. You'll be sure to find joy every day on this Christmas tree!

 

A box of 25 hand-painted chocolates- some will have to remain a surprise! A few of your favourites and award winning chocolates will be in there for sure!

Salted Caramel - Milk Chocolate shell, buttery salted caramel filling. Our signature salted caramel.

Carrickmacross Honey - Milk Chocolate shell, using local Carrickmacross honey to make a delicate and floral ganache.

Blonde Chocolate & Green Cardamom - Milk Chocolate shell, filled with a blonde chocolate ganache lightly infused with green cardamom.

Banana & Miso - Dark Chocolate shell, a play on salty and sweet. Banana caramel with a miso ganache, that balances beautifully with the banana and sweet.

Passionfruit - Milk Chocolate shell, a passionfruit caramel filling, zingy & citrusy!

Bergamot & a hint of Yuzu - Dark Chocolate shell, bergamot & milk chocolate ganache with a little yuzu caramel.  Blood Orange - Dark Chocolate shell, filled with blood orange caramel.

Mango & Vanilla - Milk Chocolate shell, Mango caramel with a creamy vanilla white chocolate ganache

Kalamansi - Milk Chocolate shell, a citrus caramel made with kalamansi puree (also called Phillipine Lemon). If you love lemons, limes and acidity, this is for you!
